CSRD Compliance Support

Everything you need to know and do under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.

What is CSRD?

The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) is the EU’s new sustainability disclosure regulation. It mandates thousands of European and non-EU companies to publish standardized sustainability reports.

  • Replaces the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD)
  • Applies to large companies, listed SMEs, and some non-EU firms
  • Requires reporting under European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
  • Reports must be machine-readable and digitally tagged
Who Must Comply?

You must comply with CSRD if your business meets any of the following:

  • More than 250 employees
  • €40M+ turnover OR €20M+ total assets
  • Listed on an EU-regulated market (including SMEs from 2026)
  • Non-EU companies generating >€150M in EU turnover with a subsidiary or branch

First reports due in 2025 (FY2024 data). See compliance timeline →

Reporting Standards (ESRS)

The ESRS are detailed frameworks companies must use to report on environmental, social, and governance issues.

  • ESRS E1: Climate Change
  • ESRS S1: Own Workforce
  • ESRS G1: Business Conduct
  • Materiality assessment is mandatory
